All is right in the world...or at least you can think that for the time-being as you soak in every beautiful moment with this breakfast. The vibes are simply unmatched.

Made of whole foods, naturally sweetened, and gluten/dairy free. You do not wanna miss out, I can tell you that much!! So let's get to that recipe, shall we??

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oat (or almond) flour

  • 3 tbsp dark cocoa powder (I use Hershey's special dark)

  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

  • dash of salt

  • 1/2 cup milk of choice

  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

  • 2 tbsp melted coconut oil

  • generous handful of your favorite chocolate chips

Directions

  1. Mix or whisk all ingredients together until fully combined to a smooth batter.

  2. Spray waffle maker with non-stick spray and cook according to waffle maker instructions.

  3. Once the waffle is cooked through and forms a slight crust on the outside, remove from the waffle maker and you are good to go!

  4. Top with your favorite toppings!! I added dark chocolate granola, powdered sugar, and lots of berries and almond butter on top after some photos hehe.

  5. DEVOUR and ENJOY!
